House SPECIFICATION
DESIGNING MODULE HOUSE, OUR TEAM OF ENGINEERS AND BUILDERS HAVE CREATED INNOVATIVE BUILDING SOLUTIONS, USING MODERN, INNOVATIVE, ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS AND BUILT-IN HIGH-QUALITY EQUIPMENT FOR MAXIMUM DURABILITY AND RELIABILITY FROM LARGE TO SMALL SCALE (DETAILS).
UNDERCARRIAGE
The steel chassis is designed as an integrated unit with the rest of the construction of the house, giving it maximum stability and firmness. It is made of galvanized steel profiles, subsequently painted and sanded, and coated with bitumen to achieve maximum protection and longevity of the construction. The components of the chassis are also pneumatic wheels which can be removed and re-assembled during transport of the house, as well as an integrated leveling system.
CONSTRUCTION
Maximum stability of the mobile homes bearing structure that is made of hot galvanized tubular profiles was achieved by its integration with the chassis.
THE FLOOR
The floor construction with its thermal insulating properties is highly energy-efficient, integrated into the chassis, making the house maximum stable to any impact of external force. The standard equipment includes vinyl panel floor finishings which are further protected against wear and tear, designed to the wishes of the investor. Vinyl panels are applied to the impregnated OSB slabs, isolated from the bottom with a mineral wool layer, HI protection, and sheet metal. Water supply system of the house is integrated into the floor and additionally insulated.
THE WALLS
Mineral wool filling walls meet high energy efficiency standards and maximum A fire resistance class. The inner side is naturally coated with Natur plywood (for a more natural appearance) or gypsum-cardboard panels painted on request by the customer. Ventilated facades improve the quality of thermal insulation of the building, providing comfortable living conditions and maximum protection against atmospheric. A wide range of choice and combination of materials, colors, surface treatments and facade coatings form the possibility of completely adapting the façade to your preferences.
THE CEILING
The ceiling structure follows the insulation system and the supporting pillars of the walls. Inside the interior is a lowered electric ceiling with built-in lighting, while the outside is a ventilated roof.
THE ROOF COVER
The roof layers placed on the ventilated substructure provide good circulation and airflow, thus achieving pleasant microclimate for staying in a home. The ceiling cover of the roof of the house can be made of TPO foil for flat roofs or galvanized wavy or trapezoidal sheet metal for pitched roofs.
VENTILATED FACADE SYSTEM
Innovative design and construction of ventilated façade have achieved maximum design freedom that offers a versatile choice of designs and finishes. With the innovative mounting system, the facade is adaptable to the changing of style, color and shape at the customer’s request, and with such a system of mounting and dismantling facades, the maintenance is maximally simplified.
OUTDOOR WINDOWS AND DOORS
Panoramic doors and elongated windows provide an elegant look and an open view of the environment. They are made of high-quality, hard-wearing, multi-component PVC. The color and design finish are customized to complement the facade of the house. External window details are also elaborated. With a pulled out window casings, the façade gets a three-dimensional look, and the window frames close the edge of the ventilated façade.
ZENIT LIGHTING
The built-in roof window domes contribute to the cozy atmosphere in the interior of the house and provide pleasant dispersive zenithal illumination.
LIGHTING
Adjustable interior and exterior lighting create different atmospheres for the user. The direct lighting in the lowered ceiling ensures good visibility in the work areas, while the ambient lighting dispersed throughout the interior ensures a sense of comfort. Exterior lighting on the facade and terraces complements the aesthetics of the exterior look of the cottage and at the same time meets high standards of water resistance quality.
INTERIOR DESIGN
The interior design of the furniture and doors made of top quality materials represents a blend of functionality and design. Custom-made furniture, finishing, paintings and other interior design elements give the user the ability to personalize the interior. The furniture is characterized by carefully planned storage spaces with maximum space utilization and TIP-ON opening system for drawers and cupboards. Sliding doors in the interior allow for easy movement through space. High-quality textiles and blackout window drapes are selected according to complement the feeling of staying at the hotel.
SANITARY EQUIPMENT
The bathroom is equipped with premium sanitary components and all accessories. It is completely personalized and designed according to the customer’s wishes, with cabinets and shelves, shower, glass sliding shower doors, tiles and toilet with a built-in flusher.
APPLIANCES
The house is equipped with high-performance low-energy appliances, a hot water tank, and a SPLIT climate control unit. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer compartment and ceramic electronic cooking plate, but a microwave oven and dishwasher can be installed depending on the buyers’ wishes. As for the winter time, besides the standard equipment, air conditioning unit with heating and cooling, the option of installing an electric radiator system is provided.
SMART MULTIMEDIA SOLUTIONS
For maximum experience and relaxation the house is equipped with a smart LED TV, antenna system, Bluetooth internal and external speaker, WIFI signal amplifier, card unlocking and locking. Safety and fire protection is of special importance and the house is equipped with a fire alarm system. The house may also contain other equipment, depending on the customer’s wishes, eg. WIFI system, Bluetooth charger, AUX…
SMART MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The smart management system contributes to the user’s comfort and security with the card and sensory system either as an individual unit or as part of a central management system when the house is placed within the camp. Adjustment of the fire alarm depending on whether it is an individual construction or part of a central fire alarm system.
SUSTAINABILITY
Self-sustainable living without power and sewerage connections with its own power, drinking water, sewage and recycling systems are part of the home additional offer. The vision of independent living includes solar panels as a source of power and hot water, a modular drinking water tank and an independent vacuum system for sewerage.
