LAYOUT POSSIBILITIES
Modular layout of the D type house and the terrace allows for numerous layouts and stacking modules, thus meeting the needs of different users.
Module K1 – the sleeping module and the K2 module – the day module can be interconnected and connected to the adjacent terrace along one side of the module, or can be separated with separate private terraces for individual rooms.
The modules can be spaced apart, so the terrace serves as an outdoor living space as well as a link between the two modules.
If the modules are placed perpendicularly one to another, it is possible to set the L-shaped terrace as a wide porch along the house.
It is possible to combine two sleeping modules and one living room module combined with a large terrace that then becomes the primary outdoor living space and can be used for various facilities. This type of arrangement is great for accommodating two families, as it allows them to separate sleeping areas and a share the living area, indoor and outdoor.
Module K1 – the sleeping module can be used as a dormitory with a bathroom, with an adjoining terrace equipped with summer kitchen, dining room and living room outdoors
