House MODEL D is characterized by a flexible interior layout and various possibilities of interlocking the two modules and the associated terraces.
Interior of house Model D consists of a one fully flexible module housing living room, dining room and kitchen, and another module with bedrooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, cooking stove, suction hood, microwave oven, sink, dishwasher and cupboards. The kitchen is fully open to the dining room and living room.
In the dining room there is a dining table suitable for six to eight persons. The living room that is attached to the dining room is equipped with a sofa and armchairs, a table and a TV unit. This module is designed for socializing. Large glass windows set along the entire wall of this module allow to fully open to the terrace and maximize the interconnection of the interior with the surrounding nature.
The second module consists of two or three bedrooms (depending on the choice of layout) and spacious bathrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower cubicle, shelves, wash basin and large cupboards. The window in the upper bathroom area allows natural light and ventilation to enter, while at the same time providing the user with intimacy.
In this type of module there is a possibility to install separate bathrooms and toilets to maximally accommodate the space to a larger number of users.
This model has three bedrooms. Two double bed rooms (160×200 cm) below which are trays and storage compartments, are equipped with a cupboard with a headboard and a large storage closet. The maximum space utilization is achieved by a built-in storage in the headboard with built-in lighting.
The second, slightly smaller type of room is a children’s room with a bunk bed (80 x 200 cm) for two people. Beneath the bed and behind the c headboard there are also additional storage spaces, and a small drawer and wardrobe provide maximum comfort to the users. Large windows in all bedrooms provide natural light in the room and allow natural air ventilation.
Sliding doors inside the house save space and provide the user with the ability to leave the space completely open, or close it completely.
Interiors can be arranged according to customer’s wishes, choosing colors, decorations and other decorative elements in a home.
The flexible floor plan of this home allows it to adapt to a different number of users, and the floor plan itself, as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms can change over time depending on the needs of its tenants.
This type of module mobile house is adapted to accommodate 6 people, with the possibility of staying for two additional persons if a sofa bed is used in the living room.
With this type of mobile house it is possible to combine one or more terrace modules.
Modular layout of the D type house and the terrace allows for numerous layouts and stacking modules, thus meeting the needs of different users.
Module K1 – the sleeping module and the K2 module – the day module can be interconnected and connected to the adjacent terrace along one side of the module, or can be separated with separate private terraces for individual rooms.
The modules can be spaced apart, so the terrace serves as an outdoor living space as well as a link between the two modules.
If the modules are placed perpendicularly one to another, it is possible to set the L-shaped terrace as a wide porch along the house.
It is possible to combine two sleeping modules and one living room module combined with a large terrace that then becomes the primary outdoor living space and can be used for various facilities. This type of arrangement is great for accommodating two families, as it allows them to separate sleeping areas and a share the living area, indoor and outdoor.
Module K1 – the sleeping module can be used as a dormitory with a bathroom, with an adjoining terrace equipped with summer kitchen, dining room and living room outdoors
